The library does not currently subscribe to a database specific to the field of philosophy, but it does provide access to a humanities database that includes materials related to the field. In addition, there are cross-disciplinary databases that include citations to articles about philosophy, many of which are full text.
Books at the COC Library are shelved by Library of Congress Classification. In this system, books on philosophy are mostly found with call numbers beginning with the letters B, BC, BD, BF, BH, and BJ. The library's eBook collections contain additional titles that pertain to philosophy.
